We have developed INDOOR WORKOUTS for days with unfavorable weather conditions and environments with harsh climates. Unlike with traditional fitness centers, a great advantage of these workouts lies in the possibility to do bodyweight exercises and thus resting your musculoskeletal system. Compared to working out outdoors, the interior workout playground sets are more subtle as they can be anchored to walls.

Outdoor

This is a very attractive free time activity for sporty people. It allows one to spend time doing sports outdoors, while getting some fresh air, exercising surrounded by nature and absorbing the positive atmosphere of the weather and being free. This provides a great opportunity to combine jogging and aerobic activities with toning exercises and body building.

SERVICE

As part of the project we can arrange for site work and landscaping, construction and concrete works, laying of the final sports ground surface and installation of the steel structures. If requested, we will gladly implement other adjustments to your sports grounds, such as installation of benches, baskets, bike stands, fencing, coverings, etc.

Each structure carries a label with a service phone number. Our technicians arrive within 48 hours. Assembly is always carried out by experienced and trained technicians. Prior to commissioning, we test all elements and perform test exercises on all individual modules.

THIS TYPE OF EXERCISE HAS BEEN KNOWN AND USED IN THE WORLD FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS.

ITS ROOTS GO BACK TO THE GRECO-ROMAN GYMNASTICS, TRAINING OF SPARTAN FIGHTERS AND CURRENTLY ARE REFLECTED IN THE TRAINING OF U.S. ARMY SOLDIERS. LATELY, HERE IT HAS BEEN ESPECIALLY POPULAR WITH TEENAGERS.

HOW TO EXERCISE CORRECTLY AT THE WORKOUT GROUNDS?

A basic and very effective exercise which involves many muscles together. There are different variations and possibilities of this exercise for both amateurs and professionals.
For starters, it is preferable to form the pull underhanded mainly due to the involvement of the bicep muscles. For advanced athletes, it is better to use a wider, overhanded grip to strengthen and
expand the dorsal muscles.
